Superior Suite
The suite is part of a newly constructed extension and boasts the house's most prestigious view from its french doors and balcony, overlooking the quiet and quaint Hueys Bay.
The suite is accessed by stairs from the otherwise one-storey house. It enjoys plush furnishings and a spacious footprint, as well as a Super King size bed. There is a spacious dressing room and en-suite with both large bath tub and shower.
Second Double with En Suite
This lovely bright double bedroom on the ground floor also offers a Super King size bed, and an en-suite complete with bath tub and shower. The bedroom overlooks the back patio with beautiful flower borders and an old well.
Third Double with En Suite
This is a small but charming double bedroom on the ground floor. The room is tastefully decorated and is set very close to the sea's edge, allowing the waves and the occasional roaring seal to be heard from bed. The bedroom also enjoys a smart and recently refurbished en-suite with shower.
"Crow's Nest" Double
This double bedroom is accessed via a sturdy ladder as the house is mainly set out across one storey. The room overlooks the back garden, boat house and main big bay and ocean. There is no en-suite however the family bathroom sits at the bottom of the ladder, and is shared by those occupying the Bunk Room.
"Bunk Room"
The room is ideal for children, however is even comfortable for adults with generously sized bunk beds. There is no en-suite however the family bathroom is very close by. The room is set close to the sea and is ideal for those that like to listen to the noises of the beach and sea at night.

Open Plan Kitchen & Dining Room
The bright and spacious kitchen and dining area have been knocked into one and offer ideal entertaining space for those who enjoy to entertain while cooking - ideal when experimenting with some of the local fresh fish that can be easily sourced nearby.
There are two television screens in this area and a comprehensive SKY package is at the guests disposal.
Living Room
Two seating areas are adjoined as one allowing a house full of 10 people to congregate comfortably in one area of the house.
The bay window seating offers a great day spot and is Westerly facing so is flooded with light in the afternoon and offers a fantastic view of the beautiful sunsets that frequently occur.
The sofa area surrounding the fire is a comfortable spot to relax in at the end of the day where after dinner drinks can be taken around the fire, or board games can be played.
Office
There is a bright conservatory type office adjoining the kitchen/dining area complete with computer and stationary for guest usage.
Patios and Garden
There is an abundance of outside space at the property. Morning coffee can be taken on the pier where the morning sun shines, while the "back patio" is nicely sheltered and offers a sun trap at midday, and a large slate table accommodates upto 10 for lunch. Evening drinks with a BBQ are ideal to take on the patio over looking Hueys bay from where the sunset can be watched.
